1. Who we are
Yene DV is a private Ethiopian service. We are not affiliated with the U.S. government or the U.S. Department of State. Official DV entries are made only at dvprogram.state.gov.
2. The service
We help you prepare the information for your DV-2028 DV entry, check your photos and documents, and, when official registration opens, our staff enter your entry by hand on the official website. We post the official confirmation number in My application once a second staff member has checked it.
We cannot raise your chance of selection, and we do not guarantee selection, a visa or entry to the United States.
3. Prices and payment
- Early complete: 899 ETB in total.
- Reserve a place: a 100 ETB deposit now and 899 ETB when registration opens, 999 ETB in total.
- Applications made after registration opens: 999 ETB in total.
- The $1 U.S. government registration fee is included in these prices. There are no other fees.
- Payment is by CBE or Telebirr only. Our staff check every payment by hand against our account. Uploading a receipt doesn't by itself mean a payment has been received.
- If our prices change after you've paid, your price doesn't change.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is true, complete and correct. We submit it exactly as you give it. We aren't responsible if your entry is disqualified because of wrong or missing information you provided (for example a spouse or child not listed, a wrong date, or a photo that doesn't meet the rules).
You confirm that nobody else, and no other agent, has entered the DV lottery for you this year. Two entries get you disqualified.
5. Our responsibility
Mistakes our staff make when entering your information are our responsibility. That's why we review every application and a second staff member checks the official confirmation. If your entry is disqualified because of our mistake, we refund everything you paid.
6. Refund policy
- If DV-2028 registration doesn't open, or we can't submit your entry before it closes, we refund everything you paid, including the deposit.
- If you cancel before our staff start reviewing your application, you get a full refund.
- If you cancel after review starts but before your entry is submitted, [amount to be set by counsel] is refunded.
- Once your entry has been submitted on the official website, payments aren't refunded.
- The 100 ETB deposit isn't non-refundable by default; the rules above apply to it.
- Refunds go back to the CBE or Telebirr account you paid from within [X] working days.

8. What we don't do
We don't automate the government website, bypass CAPTCHAs, enter anyone twice, or give legal advice. Visa steps after the lottery aren't part of this service.
