What we collect

Why we use it
Only to prepare and submit your DV entry, to check your payment, and to call you by phone when we need to. We put your email only on your entry; we never send you email, SMS or Telegram messages.
Who can see it
- Only staff assigned to your case can see your documents. Payment staff can't see your passport details.
- Every time staff view or change your information, it's recorded.
- We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
- Your information goes to the U.S. government only through the official DV website.
My application
My application opens with your application number and phone number. For your safety, uploaded documents can't be viewed or downloaded there — only the file name and its check status are shown. Don't share your application number.
When we delete it
After your entry is submitted and verified, we delete your passport scans and photos. Backups expire on a fixed schedule. If an application is cancelled or not submitted, we delete its documents within [X] days. We keep only the payment records and confirmation number the law requires.
